Mine Fashion Bd Affiliate Program

Thank you for your interest in the Mine Fashion Bd Affiliate Program! As an affiliate, you’ll have the opportunity to market and promote our products in exchange for commissions. Here are the key details:

Affiliate Acceptance:

• Once you become an affiliate, you must accept and comply with our Affiliate Legal Policies.
• Failure to comply with these policies may result in the discontinuation of the affiliate partnership.
  

Sales Commission Policy:

• We pay commissions based on the Net Sales amount.
• The commission rates are specified by the Company and may be revised at our discretion.
• Commissions are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and subject to applicable taxes.
• Commission payments are disbursed three times a month, with digital invoices published by the company.
• Payments are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Commission Structure:

• Commission rates are based on lifetime sales value:
• Affiliates also earn 10% commission on purchased sales value if a user registers via their link and purchases a product.

Affiliate Sales Tracking through Cookies:

• Web browsers track cookies for 90 days from the first click.
• Sales are attributed to the last clicked affiliate link.
• Sales won’t be attributed if the last clicked link is from other active sales channels.
  

Grievance Refund Policy:

• Affiliates claiming sales must provide transaction details and customer evidence.
• Fraudulent claims won’t be paid.
  

Banning Policy:

• Affiliates will be banned for various reasons, including spamming, misinformation, harassment, and illegal activities.
• We reserve the right to ban affiliates under appropriate circumstances.

Non-Disparagement and Non-Defamation:

• Affiliates must refrain from making disparaging or defamatory remarks about the Company.
• Public statements require Company consent.
  

Confidentiality:

• Affiliates must keep Confidential Information private.
• Confidential Information includes business details, financial records, and customer information.

Warrants:

• Affiliates are independent partners, not employees.
• Mine Fashion Bd is not responsible for affiliate misconduct or promotional efforts.
